Ingredients:
1. Basmati Rice
2. capsicum (red, green n yellow) cut into big size
3. onion finely chopped
4. garlic 2 to 3 cloves
5. green chilli 2 to 3
6. oil 2 tsb
7. peas a small bowl
8.mustard seeds
Method
1.Cook the rice and keep aside
2.Take a pan and add oil and once the oil is warm add mustard seeds
3. Add garlic and fry it
4.Add onion and fry it till golden brown
5. Add chillis and capsium and peas cook it for 5 mins
6Add salt and stir it and then pour the cooked rice
