Tomato Spinach Pasta


Tomato Spinach pasta is one of the easiest and quick pasta recipe that is tasty and healthy.

Tomato Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. Pasta 2 Cups
  2. 4 to 5 tomatoes finely chopped
  3. 1 Bunch of spinach cleaned and finely chopped
  4. 2 Medium size onions thinly sliced
  5. 2 to 3 garlic cloves finely chopped.
  6. 1/2 tbsp. pepper powder
  7. Basil few leaves
  8. 2 tbsp.   Red chilli powder
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 4 tbsp. olive oil
  11. 1 tbsp. sugar
  12. 1 bowl cheese
  13. 4 tbsp. tomato sauce

Method:

Keep pasta for boiling. Add salt and 2 drops of olive oil to the water while boiling. Once the pasta is soft drain all the water and keep aside.

Take a container on heater. Add olive oil and once the oil is hot add garlic and fry it. Add onion and fry till they are soft. Add tomatoes and stir it till they are soft. Then spinach is added. Stir for few mins. Add basil leaves , red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, sugar and cook for few  mins. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Now add pasta to it and cook for 5 mins so that it settles well in the gravy.

Garnish with cheese and serve hot

Spinach Broccoli Pasta


Spinach broccoli pasta is the pasta prepared with spinach and broccoli and lot of cheese over it. For the first time I tried it out and it came out very well. Very colourful and easy and kids like them most. Try it!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients:

  1. 50 grams Pasta
  2. 1 Medium size broccoli cut into small florets
  3. 1 Cup spinach leaves cleaned and finely chopped
  4. 1 small size red  bell pepper cut into long strips
  5. 1 Small size yellow pepper cut in to long strips
  6. 3 to 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. 2 tbsp chilli sauce ( as required)
  8. 1/4 Tbsp pepper powder (as required)
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Olive oil 5 tbsp
  11. 1 small cup Cheese (Mozilla cheese) grated

Method:

Boil the pasta in the water. Add bit salt and  a tbsp of olive  oil. Boil till it is soft. Just before taking off add broccoli florets and boil for 2 mins. Now drain all the water and keep this aside.

Take a container on heater. Add olive oil and once hot add garlic cloves. Fry it. Now add spinach and fry it. Add both the peppers and fry it. Close the lid for few mins till the peppers are cooked well. Now add chilli sauce, salt , and pepper powder and mix well and add cooked pasta and broccoli and half of the cheese to it. Cook it for 2 mins with closed lid. Serve hot with cheese garnished on it.

Pizza an Italian dish is a oven baked flat bread typically topped with tomato sauce and other vegetables and cheese. It is not a big deal to prepare pizza at home. We can prepare the sauce and pizza base and bake it with any toppings with cheese. Check it out for veg pizza………………….

How to prepare sauce:

Ingredients

  1. 3 Medium  size Tomatoes
  2. 2 garlic cloves
  3. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 Tbsp pepper powder
  5. few basil pieces
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Salt as per taste

Method:

Cut the tomatoes and garlic finely. Take a pan on heater add olive oil once hot add garlic fry it. Now add tomatoes and cook till they are soft. Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder and basil and cook for 2 mins till it mixes well. Once it is cooled grind into paste and keep aside.

How to make pizza dough without yeast

Ingredients

  1. 2 Small Cups All purpose flour (maida)
  2. 2 Tbsp baking powder
  3. 1/4 olive oil
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Water to knead 2/3 cup approx

Method

Take the plain four in a bowl add baking powder, salt and oil mix well and now add water bit by bit and knead the dough till it is soft. Keep it closed with the lid for about half an hour.

How to make Pizza

Ingredients for toppings

  1. Mozilla cheese grated a cup
  2. Sweet corn  a small bowl
  3. Pitted olives a small cup
  4. 1 Medium size onion finely chopped
  5. Red and yellow bell pepper finely chopped a small cup
  6. 4 to 5 Mushroom finely sliced

Method:

Take a pizza dough of bigger size and make it  a circular shape with rolling pin and use flour for dusting. Now apply the tomato sauce to it. Spread the cheese over it. Now place the toppings over it and again spread the cheese over the toppings.

Preheat the oven now bake it  for about 10 to 12 mins till the cheese melts.

Pasta is a Italian food which is similar to noodles or staple food . Usually I use penne pasta which is cylindrical in shape.
There are different varieties to cook pasta. It only depends on the sauce we use. We can use red sauce, green pesto sauce. These sauce can be prepared at home else we get in market. This time I tried the pasta with spinach sauce. I did the sauce at home. It tastes good. And spinach as we all know how good it is for our health. It was really different taste and more it looked like green pesto pasta.

Ingredients for the Sauce:

  1. 1 Bunch of spinach cleaned and boiled
  2. 3 Medium size tomatoes
  3. 3 to 4 Cloves of garlic
  4. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  5. 6 to 8 Pepper
  6. 1 Tbsp Green chilli sauce
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 Tbsp sugar
  9. 1 Tbsp Basil finely chopped
  10. 1 Medium size onion finely chopped.

Method to make Sauce:

First thing we have to boil tomatoes for 5 mins till the skin starts to peel of. Then also boil the spinach for 5 to 10 mins.Now take a  pan on heater add olive oil add garlic fry it, then add onion and fry till they are golden brown. Allow it to cool. By the time drain the water from spinach and tomato once everything is cool blend it in to paste. Also add the pepper and basil to it while grinding.

Now take a pan add olive oil once hot add the paste to it. Now add the chilli sauce and salt and cook for few mins till it thickens. Now the sauce is ready. Lets check how to prepare pasta !!!

  1. 1 Medium size onion finely sliced
  2. 1 Small cup of pitted olives
  3. 2 garlic cloves finely  chopped
  4.  7 to 8 Mushrooms thinly sliced
  5. 4 Tbsp olive oil
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Spinach sauce
  8. 100 grams Penne pasta
  9. 4 Tbsp cheddar cheese grated

Method to prepare pasta:

Pasta should be boiled in  the water  till they are soft. For that take water in a container add 1 tbsp of salt and olive oil and boil the pasta in the water till they are soft. One they are soft drain all the water and keep aside. On the other hand take another container on heater  add olive oil once hot add garlic fry it then add the sliced onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour. Now add the pitted olives and mushroom and cook it for 3 mins.Now add the spinach sauce and salt and cook for 5 mins. Add the pasta to it mix them well and cook for 3 mins on low flame so that all the sauce settles down in the pasta. Now garnish it with cheese and serve hot

Pasta and Broccoli Cheese


This is a simple  and delicious dish to try!!!!! Kids like this most. Its a healthy food

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 30 mins

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup pasta
  2. 1 Cup broccoli florets
  3. 2 Tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
  4. 2 Cups milk
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 Nutmeg
  7. 1 Cup  cheddar cheese grated
  8. 2 Tbsp butter

Method:

  • Boil the pasta in salt water and also broccoli (broccoli should be boiled only for 2 mins) and drain the water
  • Mix the all purpose flour and milk so that no lumps are formed
  • Take a container on heater add butter
  • Once butter melts  add the mixture (all purpose flour and milk mixture)
  • Stir it continuously till it thickens
  • Add salt as per taste, cheese  and a nutmeg
  • Cook it till cheese melts
  • Place the pasta and broccoli in a microwave suitable container
  • Pour the paste over pasta and broccoli and also spread the cheese over it
  • Cook it in microwave till the cheese turns brown (approx 20 mins)
  • Serve hot

Vegetable Lasagne


Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time:  50 mins

Servings: 3 people

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Lasagne sheets
  2. 1 red bell pepper cut into fine pieces
  3. 1 yellow bell pepper cut into fine pieces
  4. 1 Small corjet cut into small circles
  5. 4 to 5 Mushrooms cut into pieces
  6.  1 onion finely chopped
  7. 2 to 3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  8. Soya mince 1 cup finely crushed
  9. Pitted olives 1 small cup
  10. Lasagne sauce 250  grams Olive oil  4 Tbsp
  11. Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup

White paste for lasagne sheets

  1. 1 Tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
  2. Milk Half a cup

Method

For vegetable mix

  • Take a container on a heater add olive oil and once it is hot add garlic and fry it
  • Add onion and fry till golden brown
  • Add both pepper’s, mushroom , pitted olives and corjet and allow it to cook for 5 mins
  • Now add the soya mince and mix well with the vegetable also add 1/2 a cup water and salt and allow it to cook for 10 mins
  • Add the lasagne sauce and allow it to cook for 5 to 10 mins so that it mixes well and keep aside

For White Paste

  • Take all purpose flour in a container and add milk to it
  • Mix it well so that no  lumps are formed
  • Now keep it on heater and stir continuously so that it makes a thick paste once it  is done keep it aside

For lasagne sheets

  • Take a pan with water and a bit of salt and few drops of oil  in it and keep it on heater
  • Once the water is hot put the lasagne sheets and allow it to cook  till  they are soft
  • Repeat the smae process for other sheets

How to Proceed

  • Take two  soft lasagne sheets apply the white paste on both sides
  • Keep it in a microwave suitable container
  • Now add the vegetable mix on the sheets with the cheese over it
  • Now spread the other 2 sheets with the white paste applied over the vegetable mix
  • Over that again will be the vegetable mix and lot of cheese spread over it
  • it means the vegetable mix will be in between the sheets
  • Now  bake this lasagne in a oven for 15 to 20 mins till the cheese melts and turns brown
  • Serve hot

Green pesto pasta


Ingredients

  1.  200 grams pasta
  2.  1 medium size onion cut into long piece
  3. Pitted olives a cup
  4. 5 to 6 mushrooms sliced into long piece
  5. 2 Garlic cloves
  6. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  7. Green pesto sauce 100 gram
  8. salt as per taste
Method
  • Cook the pasta in the water till they are done then drain all the water
  • Take a container on heater add olive oil
  • Once it is hot add garlic and fry
  • Add onion and fry till they are golden brown
  • Add mushroom and cook till they are done
  • Add pitted olives and salt
  • Add green pesto sauce and cook it for 5 mins
  • Now add the pasta and mix it well
  • Serve it hot

Pasta with a red sauce


Ingredients

  1. Pasta  100gram
  2. Red onion 2 medium size thinly sliced
  3. Garlic 2 to 3 cloves thinly chopped
  4. Bell pepper 1 medium size thinly sliced
  5. Yellow pepper 1 medium size thinly sliced
  6. Mushroom 4 to 5 cut into big pieces
  7. Corjet one ut into circle
  8. Pitted olives 10 to 12 cut in to half
  9. Olive oil 4 to 5 tbsp
  10. Bolognese sauace  100grams ( pasta sauce made of tomato, onion, garlic , white pepper, basil, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice and sugar

Method

  • Take a container on heater and add olive oil
  • Once it is hot add garlic and fry it
  • Add onion and fry till they are golden brown
  • Now add   Bell pepper, yellow pepper and corjet and mushroom
  • Cook it till they are done
  • Now add olives and a bit of salt
  • Cook it for 2 mins
  • Add the bolognese sauce (pasta  sauce)
  • Cook for 4 to 5 mins till sauce mixes well with vegetables
  • Now take  one more container with water and add pasta and a little bit of salt and oil so that they do not stick and cook till pasta turns soft. This should be done simultaneously while cooking the vegetables.
  • Now drain all the water from pasta and add to the vegetables cooked
  • Cook for 5 mins till the sauce is mixed well with pasta
  • Serve hot with the cheese over it

spaghetti bolognese


Ingredients

1. Spaghetti  250 gram

2. Soya crushed mince a small bowl.

3. Red onion 2 medium size cut into small piece

4. 1 medium size Bell pepper cut into small pieces

5. 4 to 5 mushroom sliced to big pieces

6. Garlic 2 to 3 cloves finely chopped

7. Bolognese sauce 500 grm.

8. Pitted olives  a bowl full cut in to 2 pieces

9.  Corjet a bowl full  cut into small circles

10. 1 Yellow pepper cut into small pieces

11. Olive oil 4 tbsp

12. Salt as per taste

13. Cheddar cheese

Method: 

  • Take a container place it on a heater and add olive oil
  • Add garlic and fry it
  • Add onion and fry till they are done
  • Add mince and fry it
  • Once they are half cooked add corjet, bell pepper,  yellow pepper mushroowm
  • Cook it for 5 mins
  • Add pitted olives and add salt as per taste
  • once the vegetables are cooked add  bolognese sauce
  •  Cook it for 8 to 10 mins
  • Now take  a container full water and bring it to boiling
  • Now add a bit of salt and olive oil drops
  • Add spaghetti to it and cook it they are soft
  • Now drain all the water from spaghetti put it on a plate and now add the vegetable prepared on it
  • Serve hot with cheddar cheese on it

Broccoli And Cauliflower Cheese


Ingredients

1.Broccoli cut into  big florets

2. Cauliflower  cut into  a big  florets

3. potato big pieces

4 Milk 250 ltr

5 Cheddar cheese

6 Cheddar cheese sauce mix 40grm

7 Salt

Method

Half boil potato, broccoli and caulifflower in pinch of salt

Once they are donee drain all the water and keep aside

Take a container and pour the cheddar cheese sauce mix and add milk mix it well so that no lumps are formed

Place the container on heater and stir it  continuously till the liquid thickens

Take a microwave suitable bowl add the half boiled vegetables and pour the milk over  it

Add some grated cheddar cheese  over it

Place it in a grilled oven and cook it for 30 mins

Serve hot

Cheese and potato dumplings


Ingredients

1 Potatoes large size 3

2 Bell pepper 1 large size finely chopped

3. Broccoli 1 medium size chopped

4. Garlic 2 to 3 cloves

5 Cheddar cheese a bowl  full

6 Red  chilli powder

7 Salt to taste

8 olive oil 2 tbsp

Method

Boil the whole potatoes without taking the skin of it and keep aside to cool

Stuffing

Now take a pan on a heater add the olive oil

Add  garlic and fry it

Add broccoli fry it for 2 mins then add bell pepper

Once they are cooked add salt, red chilli powder  and cheese and stir it for 2 mins till cheese melts

Now cut the boiled potatoes in to half and take out the small portion from the middle to stuff with the content prepared

Now place the stuffing in the centre and cover the potato over it which was taken out from the centre

Prepare the rest dumpings in  similar way

Now keep this dumplings in  a microwave and cook it for 10 mins till all the stuffing mixes with potato

Serve hot
