Palak Soup

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 15 mins

Serves 2 people


  1. 1 Small Bunch of palak (spinach)
  2. 1 potato
  3. 1 Tbsp pepper powder
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 Tbsp Butter


  • Wash the spinach (palak) in the cold water
  • Boil  potato and spinach
  • Once the potato and spinach are boiled take it off from heater drain all  the water and allow it to cool
  • Now blend the potato and spinach in a blender with salt and pepper powder in it
  • Take a container on heater add butter to it
  • Once the butter starts melting add the spinach and potato mix to it
  • Now add milk to it and boil it
  • Serve hot
