Mint rice recipe


Ingredients:

1. Basmati Rice 1 cup

2.Peas (small bowl)

3. 1 small size Capsicum finely chopped

4 1  Onion  finely chopped

5.Green  chilli’s (2 to 3)

6. Mint leaves (a bowl)

7 Oil 2 to 3 tbsp

8 Mustard seeds and turmeric

Method

Cook rice and keep aside

Take a pan and heat the oil, Add mustard seeds once it flutters add onion and fry  till golden brown.

Add green chillies and capsicum and peas and allow it  to cook for 5 mins

Add mint leaves and fry it

Add salt and add the cooked rice and mix well

Serve hot
